Terms of Sale
The Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), transfer tax, real property tax, and other expenses related to the sale shall be borne by the Buyer.
Legal fees and expenses for the documentation of the transaction shall also be borne by the Buyer.
It is possible to purchase real estate in installments over 1 or 2 years, with a down payment of at least 20% of the total cost.
