Terms of Sale
  • The Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), transfer tax, real property tax, and other expenses related to the sale shall be borne by the Buyer.

  • Legal fees and expenses for the documentation of the transaction shall also be borne by the Buyer.

  • It is possible to purchase real estate in installments over 1 or 2 years, with a down payment of at least 20% of the total cost.
